When can I check-in and check-out?

Our normal check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in as we want to carefully prepare the apartment for you. After 10:00 pm, check-in is at your own risk as telephone support is not available. Please make sure that you have received all arrival information. The latest check-out time is 11:00 am.

How does check-in and check-out work?

You will receive all detailed information about check-in in advance of your arrival. Basically, there will be no reception or host waiting for you at the apartment. We will provide you two passwords in the check-in information. With the first password, you will be able to enter from the outside door and with the second password, you will be able to unlock the box for the key that will give you access to the apartment. So you can easily enter the apartment at any time you want.

You will also receive all detailed information about the check-out in advance of your departure. Basically, you can leave the apartment by putting the key in the box and change the password of the box randomly. That's all!

We also have luggage storage in the building in case you want to store your luggage in case you arrive early.

How can I park my car?

You will find paid parking spaces directly in front of the apartment, so dropping out your luggage is absolutely no problem. You can find the parking spots near the apartment in the following map.
